Stanton Chase Prague organizes the second PeopleCare workshop

On the anniversary of International Women’s day on March 8th 2012, we organized a second PeopleCare®workshop. This time we chose an attractive Mercedes-Benz restaurant in Prague, so we could invited top HR Managers to top cars.

The workshop was organized by Stanton Chase Prague (www.stantonchase.com) and Mg Consulting (www.Mgconsulting.info).

As during the first workshop, the participants came from major international and local companies from segments such as Technology, Consumer Products, Retail and Finance.

The idea of the workshop was to think about both, how to find the right talent and how to involve the newcomers into the current team and adapt them efficiently so they quickly become useful members of the team.

The whole meeting was in a friendly and interactive manner. We tried to involve all the participants as much as possible into our discussions and mini-workshops. It was interesting to watchtheindividual approach of HR Managers from various market segments. Every segment has its specifics, but finally we agreed that we face very similar HR issues every day. The participants also appreciated an innovative approach on how to work with people, recruitment methodologies comparison and differences between generations.

The workshop was finished with a good lunch and a promise that we will meet again.
