Dr Panos Manolopoulos will examine the main global trends that are challenging today’s leaders. Though global, several of these challenges have a different meaning in the Middle East, where trends are influenced by local and regional characteristics and balances. As service quality is the key to a successful hospitality business, he will point out challenges related to high staff turnover and how to overcome them to support consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
